Who are the courses for?

The Home Cat Grooming and Bathing the Kitten courses are for Cat Owners, with bathing, blow-drying, tool and product selection, and combing videos.

The Professional courses, Clipping the Feline, Bathing the Feline, Behaviour for the Cat Groomer, First Aid for the Cat Groomer, and Grooming the Feline Patient, are created for Professional Groomers, Vet Nurses, Catteries, Pet Professionals, or those looking to become Professional Cat Groomers.

The Nail Clipping Course is for anyone!

Are these courses online or in person?

All of the above courses are online only, with information, videos, handouts, and in-salon pictures of real cats I have groomed.

In-person training is coming soon and is only available in Perth, Western Australia. Please email us at [email protected] to enquire about hands-on training and seminars.

What kind of Cat Grooming techniques do you teach?

I teach low-stress handling and proven slow introduction techniques. For clipping, I use all lengths from 10 to 3F blades and Comb Clips, bathing, and de-shedding.

Do you demonstrate de-matting techniques?

No, I do not recommend de-matting cats (combing out large mats), there is too much risk and adverse effects of doing so.

What if I am not happy with my course?

You are allowed a refund within 30 days of purchasing the course if you have not completed the course more than 20%. (Not applicable for mini-courses.

Do I need to complete the course in an allocated time?

No, you may take as long as you like.

How many times can I view the videos/content?

You may view the videos and content as many times as you need before you finish the course.

Will I get receive a certificate at the end of my course?

Yes, those taking the professional courses will receive a certificate upon completion of any tests.
